Using MIGRIS: account, application, and booking your visit
MIGRIS (migracija.lt) is where every Lithuanian residence application starts. Log in with your email if you have no personal code, fill and submit the form, then book a visit: at a VFS Global centre from abroad (calendar four months ahead, refreshed daily at 16:00 Lithuanian time) or a Migration Department unit in Lithuania.
