Something in a guide is wrong or out of date
This is the most useful thing you can tell us. Every guide has a feedback control at the bottom. Use it on the specific guide rather than describing the problem in the abstract, because it sends us the guide and the source alongside your note.
Find the guideWhat you needed was not there
Each section has a “something missing?” reporter. Those go into the same queue that decides what gets written next, so a specific description of what you were trying to do is worth more than a general request.
A problem with your account
If you cannot sign in, request a sign-in link from the login page. It works even if you never set a password, and it is the fastest route back into an account. If you want your data removed, you do not need to contact anyone: the controls are on your account page.
Sign inOfficial matters
We cannot advise on your individual case, chase an application, or speak to an institution on your behalf. For those, the relevant authority is named and linked on the guide that covers the process: go to them directly.
